TeleClinic is a German telemedicine platform founded in Munich in 2015. We connect patients with licensed doctors via secure video consultations and a mobile app to provide fast medical advice, electronic prescriptions and sick notes where medically appropriate. Our mission is to make healthcare more accessible, reduce waiting times and support under-served regions through digital care.

Services include on-demand video consultations, electronic prescriptions (eRezept), electronic sick notes (eAU) and advice on lab values. TeleClinic operates an EU-GDPR-compliant certified video module and works with thousands of licensed physicians across Germany.
