We work remote first since 2020, allowing each individual to decide where they want to work from.

This means you can work from anywhere in Europe or countries with a maximum of 2 hours time difference to Germany, whether you prefer sunny southern regions or the calm of Scandinavia.

If you want to work remotely outside of Europe, you can do so twice a year for up to 3 weeks.

If working outside Germany, you will be employed through an Employer of Record, so you can fully focus on your work while we take care of the rest.

Twice a year, we organize a co-working week where all employees come together at an inspiring location for collaboration, idea exchange, and good times.
