The team improves the telemedicine experience by providing excellent support to doctors and patients across multiple communication channels. They solve issues professionally and view every challenge as an opportunity to improve the TeleClinic service.

Team mission

Our team continuously optimises internal workflows to create more efficient processes for everyone involved. The goal is to deliver a seamless telemedicine experience that evolves with the changing healthcare landscape.

Work model & benefits

TeleClinic is "remote first" since 2020: you can work from anywhere in Europe or from countries with a maximum of 2 hours time difference to Germany. If you work outside Germany, we employ you via an Employer of Record so you can focus on your work while we handle the administrative details.
We offer up to two workations per year (up to 3 weeks each) outside Europe and organise two co-working weeks per year to foster personal contact and creative exchange.
