Since 2020, we have been operating "remote first" allowing everyone to decide where they want to work.

Working remotely means you can work from anywhere in Europe or countries with a maximum 2-hour time difference to Germany.

Twice a year, there is a "Co-working week" where all employees get together at an inspiring place to work, share ideas, and have a good time.

Workation is possible twice a year outside Europe for up to 3 weeks.

If you work outside Germany, you will be employed through an Employer of Record, so you can focus fully on your work while we take care of the rest.
