We have been "remote first" since 2020. You can work from anywhere in Europe or from countries with up to a two hour time difference to Germany.

Twice a year you can take up to three weeks of workation outside Europe. If you work outside Germany we hire through an Employer of Record to handle legal and administrative matters.

We also organize a biannual co-working week to meet in person, exchange ideas and collaborate closely with colleagues.
