The Operations team is the heart of our platform and ensures smooth support for doctors and patients. From first- and second-level support to billing and customer success, the department handles everything that guarantees the seamless operation of our services.

On the technical side, the team dives deep into backend and back-office topics to optimize our processes.

We are "remote first" since 2020 and let everyone decide where they want to work. You can work from anywhere in Europe or from countries with a maximum of two hours time difference to Germany.

You can do up to two workations per year for up to three weeks outside Europe. If you work outside Germany, you will be employed via an Employer of Record, so we take care of employment details for you.

We organize a co-working week twice a year to bring employees together for collaboration, idea exchange and team building.
