Remote first since 2020 — everyone decides where they want to work. You can work from anywhere in Europe or from countries with up to a 2-hour time difference to Germany.

Workation: Twice a year you can do up to 3 weeks of workation outside Europe.

Employer of Record: If you work outside Germany, you will be employed via an Employer of Record so you can focus on your work while we handle the employment details.
