We operate remote-first since 2020 — team members can choose where to work. You may work from anywhere in Europe or from countries with a maximum of two hours time difference to Germany.

We offer up to two workation periods per year (up to 3 weeks each outside Europe), use an Employer of Record for hires outside Germany, and organize a biannual co-working week to foster connection and creative exchange.

Teams are organized in missions — cross-functional groups focused on core areas of the platform and the patient journey, enabling agile and efficient work with a strong focus on delivering the best possible experience for patients, doctors and partners.
