Syntax Institut provides accredited vocational retraining and continuing education focused on IT and AI-supported professions. The organisation helps career changers and jobseekers gain practical technology skills through instructor-led online courses, IHK-recognised certificates, and tailored learning paths. Syntax Institut’s mission is to reduce barriers to tech careers by combining hands-on projects, personalised coaching and industry connections to accelerate employment outcomes.

We offer full-time, practice-oriented programs and shorter courses covering app development, web and cloud technologies, AI & automation, and IT project management. Many programs are 100% fundable with a German Bildungsgutschein (education voucher), and participants can study fully online in interactive virtual classrooms.
