About Syntax Institut

Syntax Institut is a fast-growing EdTech company from Berlin, founded by successful entrepreneurs. We offer hands-on continuing education in software development, IT administration, cloud & IT security, artificial intelligence, and project management. In addition, we provide retraining in specialist IT across several locations in Germany. We teach current technologies, modern working methods, and the skills companies actually need today.

Responsibilities

  • Support & Onboarding: Accompany applicants as the main contact person through to successful onboarding.
  • Lead Management & CRM Cooperation: Work closely with marketing, especially our CRM manager, supporting lead nurturing, funnel development, and the right messaging to reach and excite our target audience.

  • Enjoy working in a dynamic, ambitious environment: You are motivated to reach clear and ambitious goals and to deliver top results.
  • Independence and proactivity: You like to work independently and responsibly and keep an overview, especially when handling multiple incoming applications concurrently.

  • Big plus: Prior experience in sales or educational advising at an AZAV-certified training provider.

Benefits

  • Purpose-driven business: Work on topics that are economically, socially and politically relevant (digitalization, competitiveness of Germany, labor market policy, equality, technology).
  • Dynamic startup environment and flexible work: We value results over prescribed workplaces and hours and give you the flexibility you need to perform at your best.
  • Attractive compensation: Competitive fixed salary with an attractive variable component. You also benefit from a discounted sports offer with our partner Urban Sports Club and receive high-quality company devices (MacBook, AirPods, etc.).
