About Syntax Institut
The Syntax Institut is a fast-growing EdTech company from Berlin founded by successful entrepreneurs. Our mission is to provide practical training for in-demand jobs in the tech sector and to help graduates successfully enter the job market. We offer hands-on continuing education in software development, IT administration, cloud & IT security, artificial intelligence and project management. In addition, we run nationwide retraining programs in the field of IT specialist (Fachinformatik). We teach current technologies, modern working methods and the skills companies actually need.
Responsibilities
- Consulting: Advise prospective students comprehensively about our course offerings, analyze their individual situation and learning goals, and prepare them purposefully for course start.
- Support & Onboarding: Accompany applicants as the central point of contact through to successful onboarding.
- Lead Management & CRM Cooperation: Work closely with marketing, especially our CRM manager, to support lead nurturing, funnel development and the right messaging to best reach and excite our target group.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills: You enjoy interacting with people and can approach applicants openly, empathically and proactively, including by phone.
- Enjoy working in a dynamic, goal-oriented environment: You are motivated to reach clear and ambitious goals and to deliver excellent results.
- Independence and proactivity: You like to work independently and responsibly and keep an overview, especially when handling multiple applications at the same time.
- Technical skills: Confident use of Google tools (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar); HubSpot experience is a plus.
- Language skills: Excellent written and spoken German; ideally also strong English (C1+).
- Bonus: Experience in sales or educational advising at an AZAV-certified training provider is a strong plus.
