About Pflege ABC
Pflege ABC helps people in Germany navigate the process of applying for a Pflegegrad (care degree). Our mission is to make the application process simple, reliable and free: users can submit a formless online application and we forward it to the responsible Pflegekasse. We combine practical guidance, digital tools and educational content to reduce the administrative burden for caregivers and care recipients.
What we do
We provide an online application service that sends a fax to the care insurance as the official application date, guidance on preparing for the assessment visit, and follow-up support with forms and appeals. In addition to the application tool, we offer courses, audio lessons and expert resources to support informal and professional caregivers.
