Lead Strategic Partnerships & Public Affairs (m/f/d)
This role is responsible for positioning Pflege ABC, building and maintaining strategic relationships, and driving sustainable growth through partnerships, market expansion and robust evidence generation.
Responsibilities
Positioning, relationships & strategic expansion
- Build and maintain a strong network of health insurers, associations, political stakeholders and other relevant actors
- Assess regulatory developments and derive strategic opportunities
- Represent Pflege ABC on panels, events and professional forums
Strategic Partnerships & BizDev
- Establish and develop collaborations (e.g. with health insurers, associations, platforms, companies)
- Negotiate and close sales and distribution partnerships (e.g. pharmacy chains)
- Develop joint offers and cooperation models
- Design and manage studies (internal and external)
Tender Management
- Identify and evaluate relevant tenders
- Prepare and coordinate applications
- Manage internal alignment and support through to award decisions
Internationalization (DACH)
- Analyze and validate new markets (Germany, Austria, Switzerland)
- Establish initial partnerships and pilot initiatives
- Consider regulatory and structural differences
Strategic validation & expansion of new business areas
- Identify and strategically evaluate new initiatives
- Validate through market conversations, partner feedback and hypotheses
- Develop implementation-ready concepts
- Build new offerings (e.g. for everyday helpers, professional caregivers / nursing services / B2B etc.)
- Prepare and support (international) pilot projects
Profile
At least 5 years of relevant professional experience, for example:
- in consulting with a focus on health insurers / healthcare
- on the payer side or at payer-related organizations / associations
- very good understanding of the German health and care system
- experience building partnerships, networks or projects
- strategic thinking combined with strong implementation skills
- ability to structure complex topics quickly and translate them into concrete initiatives
- confident presence with stakeholders at decision-making level
- independent, structured working style and high personal responsibility
