Your responsibilities
The role connects market, policy and product to ensure Pflege ABC grows sustainably through partnerships, new markets and robust evidence.
- Public Affairs: Build and maintain a strong network of health insurers, associations, political stakeholders and other relevant actors; assess regulatory developments and derive strategic opportunities; represent Pflege ABC at panels, events and specialist forums.
- Strategic Partnerships & Business Development: Establish and develop collaborations (e.g., health insurers, associations, platforms, companies); negotiate and close sales and distribution partnerships (e.g., pharmacy chains); develop joint offerings and cooperation models; design and manage studies (internal and external).
- Tender Management: Identify and evaluate relevant tenders; prepare and coordinate applications; steer internal alignment and support processes through to award decisions.
- Internationalisation (DACH): Analyse and validate new markets (Germany, Austria, Switzerland); build initial partnerships and pilot initiatives; take regulatory and structural differences into account.
- Strategic validation & expansion of new business areas: Identify and strategically assess new initiatives; validate with market conversations, partner feedback and hypotheses; develop implementable concepts; build new offerings (e.g., for everyday helpers, professional caregivers / care services / B2B); prepare and support (international) pilot projects.
Your profile
At least 5 years of relevant professional experience, e.g. in consulting with a focus on health insurers/healthcare, on the payer side, or in payer-related organisations/associations.
- Very good understanding of the German health and care system
- Experience in building partnerships, networks or projects
- Strategic thinking combined with strong implementation skills
- Ability to quickly structure complex topics and translate them into concrete initiatives
- Confident presence in front of decision‑level stakeholders
- Independent, structured working style and high level of personal responsibility
