Rebound Health provides survivor-centered, evidence-informed trauma therapy delivered remotely. We match people with licensed trauma therapists for secure video sessions, offer messaging with therapists between sessions, and provide guided between-session practices to support nervous system regulation and reduce trauma-triggered responses.

We specialize in trauma recovery and train clinicians in Prolonged Exposure (PE) and other trauma-focused methods. Members receive a personalized recovery plan, regular teletherapy, and ongoing support from a Survivor Advocate. Rebound works with many insurers to increase access to care.

Founded by survivors and psychologists, our mission is to help people move out of survival mode and rebuild safety, trust, and self-compassion. Core reported benefits include calmer nervous systems, fewer triggers, stronger relationships, and a greater sense of control.
