About Rebound: Rebound’s mission is to make recovery from trauma the norm. We are a specialized telehealth provider helping people heal from trauma and PTSD by offering live, face-to-face video therapy sessions with licensed therapists trained in evidence-based trauma treatments such as Prolonged Exposure (PE).
About The Role
Rebound is seeking independently licensed therapists (LP, LMHC, LMFT, LICSW) licensed in Massachusetts. Rebound provides training to become a specialized therapist and supports clinicians with marketing, billing, credentialing, scheduling, and clinical consultation.
What You'll Do
- Provide diagnostic assessment and evidence-based psychotherapy for trauma and PTSD via Rebound’s video platform.
- Manage your caseload and schedule.
- Maintain timely clinical documentation in the Rebound EHR.
- Participate in clinical consultation, training, and ongoing professional development.
- Collaborate with Rebound’s network of psychiatrists and therapists on treatment decisions.
Requirements
- Full and unrestricted independently licensed credential in good standing to practice in Massachusetts (e.g., Licensed Psychologist, Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker).
- Master’s degree required.
- Independently licensed experience: 3 years required (5 years preferred).
- Practical experience independently diagnosing is required (pre-licensed experience acceptable) or proof of completion of an approved training certificate.
- Full-time providers: 40-hour work week, 25 hours of direct clinical work per week, 2 hours weekly group clinical consultation, and 10 hours of weeknight/weekend availability after 5pm local time for member sessions.
- Have a confidential workspace, reliable internet, and be comfortable using technology for telehealth.
