About Rebound
Rebound’s mission is to make recovery from trauma the norm, not the exception. We are a specialized telehealth provider that helps people heal from the lasting impact of trauma and PTSD.
Through Rebound, members can access live, face-to-face video therapy sessions with our national network of licensed Therapists who specialize in Prolonged Exposure Therapy (PE), an evidence-based treatment for PTSD. Our work is grounded in rigorous psychological science and a survivor-centered approach.
About The Role
Rebound is looking for Independently Licensed Therapists (LP, LPCC, LMFT, LCSW) in California to join our network. Therapists will deliver evidence-based trauma treatment via our video platform and will receive training, mentorship, and technical and administrative support.
Therapists collaborate with our network of psychiatrists and clinicians, use clinical guidelines to determine when referrals are needed, and participate in ongoing consultation and professional development.
What Youll Do
Provide thorough diagnostic assessment and evidence-based psychotherapy to people who have experienced trauma using the Rebound video platform.
Manage caseload and schedule, maintain timely clinical documentation in the Rebound EHR, participate in clinical consultation and training, and collaborate with other providers on treatment decisions.
Requirements
Full and unrestricted license in good standing to practice in California (Licensed Psychologist, LMFT, LPCC, LCSW). Masters degree required.
Practical experience independently diagnosing is required (pre-licensed experience allowed). If lacking direct practical experience, accepted proof of completion of specified training may be submitted (submission of proof does not guarantee hire).
Full time providers should complete 25 hours of direct clinical work per week, attend training and weekly group consultation, have 10 hours/weeknight or weekend availability after 5pm local time for member sessions, and participate in cross-license application during onboarding.
Who You Are
At least 6 months of relevant experience with evidence-based therapies preferred. Knowledge or experience treating PTSD with PE is preferable but not required.
Organized, quick learner, strong communicator, comfortable using technology, and able to work from a private location with reliable internet.
What We Offer
World-class training and ongoing mentorship, centralized administrative support, competitive compensation and robust bonus program, comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, and PTO accrual.
Rebound provides 12 weeks of fully paid parental leave for primary caregivers and 6 weeks for secondary caregivers (for qualifying full-time employees).
Remote work (from California), specialized PE training, professional development opportunities, and a mission-driven startup environment.
Compensation
Base salary range in the United States: $55,000 - $110,000 per year (California). Bonus program averages $12,400 per year for eligible clinicians. Base compensation varies based on state of residence and experience.
