The platform is available in multiple languages including German, English, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Russian, French, Polish, Korean, and Japanese. It initially served Germany, Austria, and Switzerland and has since expanded internationally.

NeuroNation collaborates with academic and medical institutions like Berlin University and Hospital Charité for digitizing cognitive tests and studying the effects of cognitive training on patients with mild cognitive impairments and post COVID-19 condition.

Studies have shown positive effects on working memory, memory, and executive functions for healthy users, including improved memory, concentration, and general well-being.

The service offers some free content and subscription-based premium activities available through in-app purchases. It is reimbursed by some German health insurers like Deutsche BKK.
