Role and Responsibilities
Conceptualize new Brain Training exercises and improve existing ones to make the NeuroNation training as effective and engaging as possible, working with experts in cognitive training and software engineers.
Define logical and visual mechanics of new exercises.
Configure individual parameters of levels and exercises to ensure engagement and usability.
Generate creative ideas for features inspired by other apps, games, and personal gaming experience.
Apply User Research and Usability Testing to learn how to best help users and patients, and define useful features and visual concepts.
Analyze data continuously collected from users to drive decisions in exercise development.
Be an active user of the product.
Adopt a Growth mindset, seeking learning opportunities for self and team.
Collaborate closely with Product Management, Science, Business Intelligence, and Customer Care colleagues.
Qualifications
At least 3 years of full-time experience in Game Design or similar roles, creating games or game features and defining levels.
Located in Berlin/Brandenburg or ready to relocate from the EU to work regularly in the Berlin office.
Deep personal interest in Brain Training, Games, and Self-Improvement.
Good sense of aesthetics, design, animations, colors, and attention to detail.
Interest in science and passion for diving deep into scientific research.
Passionate learner with solid professional English skills.
Personal experience with digital health, education, or productivity apps.
Strong problem-solving skills, well-organized, able to multitask, and a team player.
