We are now looking for you, empathetic, structured, and with genuine joy in helping people, for our Customer Experience Team.
Your tasks with us:
- You are the first point of contact for our users via email, phone, and occasionally on social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
- You resolve inquiries with patience, heart, and structure, from subscription issues to training questions.
- You create reports, share user insights with the team, and help improve our products.
- You work closely with other teams, e.g. on technical questions or product feedback.
- You contribute ideas on how to make our processes even more customer-friendly.
What you bring:
- Initial experience in customer support or helpdesk, whether from a startup, agency, or corporation.
- Experience with tools like Zendesk, Helpshift, Intercom, or similar is a plus.
- You communicate clearly, empathetically, and solution-oriented in German and English (additional languages are a bonus).
- You work independently, quickly, and organized but are also a team player.
- You want to work in a company that really makes a difference and develops you personally.
