The Careology app empowers people with cancer to be in control of their cancer journey. About our Product Team
We’re looking for a Product Manager to join our team and help us build the world’s leading digital cancer care product.

At Careology, you’ll work alongside people who are passionate about our mission to transform the lives of millions of people living and dealing with cancer. Our product managers work at the core of multi-disciplinary teams to build products that impact patients’ lives every day.

What you will be doing
As a member of our team, you will
  • Work with key stakeholders to take charge of the entire product life cycle, from initial strategy and conception to delivery
  • Collaborate with product designers to frame design challenges and provide business context to solving problems
  • Guide the engineering team by writing clear user stories and product specifications
  • Understand the needs of our users by engaging in regular user interviews with patients and clinical stakeholders
  • Rigorously vet new product ideas using qualitative research, data analysis and experimentation
  • Align prioritisation decisions with the senior leadership team and get buy-in from the wider team
  • Define and monitor product success metrics using data-driven goals
  • Understand current product portfolio and positioning, buyer and user personas, competitive environment, and market opportunities.
  • Advocate for the product vision to the wider team and external clients, partners, and users
What we expect from you
We know brilliant people can come from a wide range of places. We are primarily looking for someone who is driven, ambitious, and cares about the work they do – and a few of the following:
  • 2+ years of experience in product management working with mobile and web technology products
  • Demonstrated ability to handle ambiguity and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent written and oral communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, technically conversant and able to collaborate easily with engineers and designers
  • Attention to detail - tell us if you read this line in the job description
  • Experience using data analytics for data-driven product decisions
  • Experiencing working on consumer-facing technology products, ideally in a startup or scaleup
  • Passion for health tech and helping to support people with cancer
Nice to have
  • Experience working in a digital health company or with software as a medical device
  • Experience collaborating with designers in Figma and managing technical delivery in Jira
  • Experience building dashboards with Mixpanel
