🔎About Tired of Cancer
Millions of cancer patients and survivors worldwide suffer from extreme fatigue. They feel so tired that it affects all aspects of their lives. They often feel stressed and depressed as well. We help them by offering a digital solution to cope with their fatigue.
Tired of Cancer’s app Untire, contains a program that helps cancer patients and survivors to understand their fatigue and give them practical exercises and tips to work on their energy level. All content of the app is based on proven methods in clinical practice. The app is a CE-marked medical device and has already been proven to improve thousands of lives.
Our current team consists of 13 professionals in the field of business, research and development. We are based in an office close to the central station of Utrecht. Our mission is to help as many cancer patients as possible all over the world. You can truly feel the spirit to achieve this mission in our whole team.
📝About this role
As a Product Owner you are an integral part of the development of the Untire app. Collaborate with a talented group of senior developers and a designer to refine and enhance our product. Your expertise in managing roadmaps, prioritizing features, and maintaining backlogs will be critical in delivering a high-quality and compliant medical device. Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure the success of our product, both now and in the future.
As the Product Owner;
- You will take charge of the backlog requirements, prioritization and roadmap for the development team
- You provide clarity and day-to-day guidance to the development team
- You will evaluate our product KPI’s so you can enable product optimization
- You document product development from a regulatory and development perspective
- You will be working closely with the Development, Compliance, and Growth teams, to create and maintain a high-quality product that meets regulatory standards
💯 Our wish list:
- You have a Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field
- You have at least 3 years of experience and you are a certified Product Owner
- You are a team player and able to communicate very well
- You have a self-starter personality and a data-driven and analytic mindset
- Most of all: you are motivated to make a great app to improve lives
❤️ Nice to haves:
- You have experience with Software as a medical device
- You have experience with mobile development

💸Competitive salary
Doing good and making money? Almost sounds too good to be true, we make sure to offer you a competitive salary.
We offer you a monthly salary between €3.700 – €4.200, based on a full-time (36-hours) contract, depending on your experience level. This is without the extras as pension funding and vacation money.
