Since 2020, we have been "remote first" and allow everyone to decide where they want to work.

This means you can work from anywhere in Europe or from countries with a maximum of 2 hours time difference to Germany.

Whether you prefer the sunny south or Scandinavian tranquility, you have the choice.

Twice a year, you can also do a Workation for up to 3 weeks outside Europe.

If you work outside Germany, you will be employed via an Employer of Record, allowing you to fully focus on your work while we take care of the rest.
