Since 2020, we have adopted a "remote first" approach, allowing everyone to decide where they want to work from.

You can work from anywhere in Europe or from countries with a maximum of 2 hours time difference to Germany. Whether you prefer the sunny south or the calm of Scandinavia - the choice is yours!

Workation is possible twice a year for up to 3 weeks outside of Europe.

If you work outside Germany, you will be employed through an Employer of Record so you can fully focus on your work while we take care of the rest.
