From first and second-level support to billing and customer success, the department manages everything that ensures seamless operations of our services. On the technical side, the team dives deep into backend and back-office topics to optimize our processes. Join this dynamic and impactful team!

Since 2020, we have adopted a "remote first" approach and allow everyone to decide where they want to work. You can work from anywhere in Europe or countries with a maximum time difference of 2 hours to Germany. Whether you prefer the sunny south or the calm of Scandinavia, you have the choice!

Twice a year, you can do workation outside Europe for up to 3 weeks.

If you work outside Germany, you're employed through an Employer of Record, so you can fully concentrate on your work while we take care of the rest.

To promote personal contact and creative exchange, we organize a co-working week twice a year where all employees come together at an inspiring place to work, share ideas, and have a good time.
