About the Operations Team
The Operations team is the heart of our platform, ensuring smooth support for doctors as well as patients. From first and second level support to billing and customer success, the department takes care of everything that ensures the seamless operation of our services.
The team also dives deep into backend and back-office topics to optimize our processes.

How We Work
We work remote first since 2020, allowing everyone to decide where they want to work.
You can work from anywhere in Europe or countries with a maximum of 2 hours time difference to Germany.
Twice a year, a co-working week is organized to foster personal contact and creative exchange.
If you work outside of Germany, you will be employed via an Employer of Record, so you can fully concentrate on your work while we handle the rest.
You can also do workation outside Europe twice a year for up to 3 weeks.
