We follow a remote-first policy since 2020, allowing each team member to decide where they want to work.

You can work from anywhere in Europe or countries with a maximum 2-hour time difference from Germany. Whether you prefer sunny south or Scandinavian tranquility, you have the choice!

You can also do up to two workations outside Europe for up to 3 weeks per year.

If working outside Germany, you will be employed via an Employer of Record so you can fully focus on your work while we manage the rest.

Twice a year, a co-working week is organized to foster personal contact and creative exchange, where all employees gather at an inspiring location to work together, exchange ideas, and have a good time.
