Remote first: You can work from anywhere in Europe or countries with a maximum of 2 hours time difference to Germany. Whether you prefer the sunny south or the Scandinavian calm, you have the choice!

Workation: If you want to travel far away, you can do workation twice a year for up to 3 weeks outside Europe.

Employer of Record: If you work outside Germany, you will be employed via an Employer of Record. This allows you to fully focus on your work while we take care of the rest.

Co-working week: To promote personal contact and creative exchange, we organize a co-working week twice a year, where all employees come together at an inspiring location to work, share ideas, and have a good time together.
