Since 2020, we work "remote first" allowing everyone to decide where they want to work from.

This means you can work from anywhere in Europe or countries with a maximum of 2 hours time difference to Germany. Whether you prefer the sunny south or the Scandinavian tranquility – you have the choice!

And if you want to travel far, twice a year you can do workation outside Europe for up to 3 weeks.

If you work outside Germany, you will be employed via an Employer of Record. So you can fully focus on your work while we take care of the rest.

To promote personal contact and creative exchange, we hold a Co-working Week twice a year. During this week, all employees meet at an inspiring location to work together, exchange ideas, and simply have a good time.
