Since 2020, we have been working "remote first" and let everyone decide where they want to work.

This means you can work from anywhere in Europe or countries with a maximum of 2 hours time difference to Germany. Whether you prefer the sunny south or the Scandinavian calm - you have the choice!

And if you feel the urge to travel far away, you can also do workation outside of Europe twice a year for up to 3 weeks.

If you work outside of Germany, you will be employed through an Employer of Record. Thus, you can fully concentrate on your work while we take care of the rest.

To promote personal contact and creative exchange, we organize a co-working week twice a year. During this week, all employees come together at an inspiring location to work together, exchange ideas and just have a good time.
