Product Overview

We are looking for a dynamic, collaborative Product Manager with strong technical proficiency and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences. You will drive product strategy and execution, collaborating closely with the management team and key development partners (including hospitals) to define a new standard for indoor and on-site mobility and to improve human-machine interfaces.

Tasks

  • Product Development: Drive product planning, strategy, and execution, ensuring alignment with user needs, partner requirements, and business objectives.
  • Technical Proficiency: Apply deep understanding across hardware and software domains to effectively guide product decisions and team efforts.
  • User Interface and Experience: Develop intuitive, effective, and engaging human-machine interfaces, setting a new benchmark in user interaction for autonomous systems.
  • Customer and Partner Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for development partners (e.g., hospitals), gathering and integrating feedback to enhance product value and performance.
  • Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate closely with Robotics, AI, Engineering, Sales, and Operations teams, ensuring efficient and aligned product delivery.
  • Market Insight: Stay informed of industry developments, market trends, and competitor activities to maintain product competitiveness.

Requirements

  • Educational Background: Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Design, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years in product management, ideally in robotics, AI, UI/UX design, or related technical sectors; experience with institutional or enterprise partners is advantageous.
  • Technical Understanding: High proficiency and understanding of both hardware and software, with practical experience designing and delivering effective UI and human-machine interfaces.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills; able to clearly articulate complex concepts and effectively engage partners.
  • Drive and Work Ethic: Strong will to "get things done" and an unwavering commitment to delivering impactful results.
  • Language: Fluent English and German.
