We develop Physical AI to automate human transport inside large buildings — starting with hospitals and airports — so caregivers can focus on patient care. Our mission is to restore mobility, dignity, and access for people who need support while reducing strain on healthcare staff.

Our Autonomous Intramobility Vehicles (AIVs) — including the MOBY P1 mobile protective vehicle — safely and autonomously move patients and people within clinical environments. These systems provide autonomous, efficient, and human-centered transport, enabling safe movement for isolated patients and improving clinical workflows.

We work with healthcare partners such as Charité Berlin, Mayo Clinic, and University Hospital Schleswig-Holstein, and are backed by programs like Endless Frontier Labs and NVIDIA Inception. Founded in 2020, Sphaira is headquartered in Cambridge, Massachusetts (One Broadway) and operates as a small privately held deeptech company focused on medtech, robotics, and AI.
