Our passionate Product Development team connects cutting-edge technology with clinical effectiveness to develop leading solutions for mental health. Our product is certified as a medical device and offers online courses that contain psycho-education and exercises the user can incorporate into their daily life. In Germany, five of our courses are available as DiGA, which means they are reimbursed by statutory health insurances.

Our Products:
- Medical device software for mental illnesses: depression, generalized anxiety disorder, panic disorder, binge eating disorder, bulimia nervosa, chronic pain, and stress and burnout
- We have 2 mobile clients (Android and iOS) as well as a web client.
Our Tech Stack
- QA: KiwiTCMS, Postman, Cypress, Detox, Selenium.
- Backend: Ruby (Hanami), [Crystal, Golang] on Kubernetes Cluster
- Frontend: ReactJS, TypeScript.
- Mobile: React Native, TypeScript.
- Documentation and collaboration: Confluence and JIRA.
What you will do:
- You will run both functional and non-functional tests in an agile environment with a focus on Grey-box and Black-box testing.
- You will create and manage goal-oriented test plans in our TCMS (Kiwi) and maintain the TCMS.
- You will develop smart solutions to deal with difficult to reach testing coverage.
- You will support the expansion of our automation process, review automation scripts and coordinate the test automation process with the product development team.
- You will be driving the current QA processes during the sprint and communicate the progress to other teams.
- You are responsible for the review and documentation of QA verification steps according to our processes.
- You will evaluate defects found in the product and do an initial estimation of what steps must be taken and communicate this to the team.
YOUR PROFILE
- You hold a Bachelor or Master Degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or have equivalent practical experience.
- You can impress us with your experience with QA methodologies, testing tools and strategies, and automated testing.
- You have sound programming knowledge (Javascript/TypeScript, Ruby, SQL).
- You are fluent in written and spoken English (C1) and understand basic German (B1).
- You enjoy working in a dynamic environment and have strong analytical skills.
- Ideally you have experience in working with medical products.
