Would you like to work on innovative solutions for patients and drive sustainable changes in the healthcare system?
At RoX Health we are looking for a dedicated and strategic thinker for the position (Senior) Innovation Manager (m/f/d). In this role, you will manage the further development and implementation of our project portfolio in areas such as Alzheimer's, cardiovascular system/metabolism, and digital pathology.
You develop and implement innovation strategies, identify new business models, and work closely with internal and external partners to design the best possible solutions for patients and the healthcare system.
Responsibilities
- Innovation Management: Develop and implement innovation strategies, including new business models, value propositions, and roadmaps
- Project Management: Lead innovation projects from concept to market maturity in close collaboration with internal and external partners
- User Research & Prototyping: Develop, test, and validate innovative solutions based on user needs and market data
- Networking: Maintain and expand strategic partnerships with startups, investors, pharma and medtech companies, as well as research institutions
- Business Case Development: Conduct market analyses, assess economic potentials, and develop financing concepts
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to promote cooperation, communicate progress, and scale successful projects
Profile
- Experience in strategic development and implementation of innovation projects, preferably in healthcare or life sciences
- Understanding of business models and regulatory requirements in digital health, medtech, or pharma
- Experience collaborating with startups, VCs, research institutions, or industry partners
- Strong analytical and strategic skills to solve complex issues in a structured manner
- Strength in networking and interdisciplinary collaboration
- Hands-on mentality and initiative to implement innovative solutions
