Job requirements
Your profile and main areas of activity
We offer this collaboration with different areas of focus. So feel free to apply if you have the necessary knowledge and enthusiasm to support us in one or more of the following areas:
Focus on Product Management:
- You support us in tasks related to further product development and management of the existing product. Typical tasks include workshop organization, research, conception of product content and formats, or optimization of our user journeys.
- You ensure, as an organizational talent with project management know-how, together with the team, that all priority tasks are completed and each team member can keep track.
Focus on Tech:
- You support the team with your technical know-how and analytical approach.
- You assist in maintaining our existing IT infrastructure (website, online shop, etc.) and implement changes to individual components in consultation with our developers.
- You find solutions for existing bugs and test the quality of our software.
Focus on Customer Support:
- You support our customers with questions or problems related to our offer.
Focus on Marketing and/or Design:
- You support our agile team in the areas of design, performance marketing, and/or social media (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, or LinkedIn).
- With your strong communication skills, you contribute to further building our community.
- Possible focus areas of your work could also include data analysis and identifying creative new ways for further growth.
- Typically, you have a related study focus and/or relevant experience in a marketing agency or a start-up.
For all focus areas:
- Ideally, you bring practical experience from the start-up sector or a similarly dynamic and modern work environment.
- You are proactive and contribute as a "real" team member to various tasks that contribute to the project's success while continuously expanding your knowledge in platform business and digital health.
- You independently conduct smaller and larger research tasks (desk research, user research, etc.).
