As a Working Student Integration Management (m/f/d) at Recare, you support our hospital customers in the holistic digitalization of discharge management.

Possible task areas as a Working Student Integration Management (m/f/d):

Topic area 1: Collaboration with integration and launch teams for existing and new customers in the context of hospital information system integrations
  • You are co-responsible for the technical part of onboarding our hospitals and support the creation of configurations and testing of mappings.
  • You work closely with the launch/integration teams and support the launch team with your technical knowledge.
  • You know the Recare interface description and the various integrations in detail, and can confidently answer technical questions from hospital IT.
  • You work independently, are proactive in communication, and know how to actively counteract potential delays.
Topic area 2: Collaboration with the Customer Success Team
  • You support our Customer Success Management in technical customer care.
  • You assist our Customer Success Managers in collecting, documenting, and prioritizing customer feedback.
  • You are interested in analyzing usage data to identify potential improvements.

Requirements

Your profile looks like this:
  • You have good basic IT and network knowledge (infrastructure, server, IP address, domain, mh, firewall, SSO, etc.).
  • You are studying in the field of (medical) informatics, digital health, medical management, or similar.
  • You ideally already have experience in healthcare and with supporting clinical information systems and/or implementing interfaces (e.g., HL7v2, FHIR, IHE, CDA).
  • You work structured and organized and document your calls, appointments, and tasks.
  • You speak German at a native level and have at least good English skills.
  • You communicate confidently with hospital IT, project and sales managers, as well as product managers, developers, and designers.
  • You find it easy to organize yourself and your work remotely/from home office.
