Your role as Technical Project Manager – Healthcare Integrations (m/f/d):

Requirements
Your responsibilities as Technical Project Manager – Healthcare Integrations (m/f/d):
- Lead integration projects with key technology partners from kickoff to go-live.
- Ensure project success through effective management of technical partnerships (software providers like Connext for recipient chains, interoperability hubs, etc.).
- Enable development of new connectivity features by defining and validating interfaces (HL7 v2, FHIR) with the product development team.
- Remove blockers hands-on – participate in daily stand-ups, review logs in Datadog, coordinate quick solutions with developers.
- Support sales teams during tenders and pre-sales phases.
- Incorporate insights from integration spikes and special cases into product backlog and QA test plans.
- Represent Recare at industry events and standardization committees.
Ideal candidate profile:
- 3+ years of experience leading technical projects or partner integrations in healthcare IT or similarly regulated industries.
- Solid project management skills (agile and organizational), ability to prioritize and manage multiple development streams.
- Deep practical knowledge of HL7 v2 and FHIR; ideally knowledge of German telematics infrastructure (TI).
- Comfortable with log files, message tracing, and tools like Postman, Datadog, Jira/Confluence.
- Fluent in German and English, written and spoken.
- Empathy and negotiation skills—protect scope and timelines by balancing effort and benefit.
Reporting line & team structure:
- Report to Head of Integrations in Engineering.
- Work daily with a cross-functional product development team specialized in integrations including product manager, tech lead, solutions developer/integration specialist, and another developer.
- Primary contact for product manager regarding integration partners, producing specifications, technical documentation, and inputting insights into backlog collaboratively.
- Also collaborate with Gateway rollout team assisting IT integrations in hospitals.
- Work with ops on integration and tender inquiries.
