Technical Project Manager - Healthcare Integrations

Recare is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead integrations between our AI-powered care platform and hospital and care-provider systems. You will coordinate technical projects, work closely with clinical and engineering teams, and ensure successful delivery of interoperability and integration initiatives that reduce administrative burden and improve patient care.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate end-to-end integration projects with hospitals, clinics and partner providers.
  • Define technical requirements, map data flows and ensure secure, compliant data exchange.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and customer success teams to prioritise and scope work.
  • Manage stakeholders across clinical, IT and vendor organisations to keep projects on track.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and drive timely resolution.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing technical integrations or IT projects in healthcare or related regulated environments.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare data exchange standards (e.g. HL7/FHIR) and common integration patterns.
  • Excellent communication skills and experience working with clinical and technical stakeholders.
  • Organised, outcome-focused, and capable of driving cross-functional delivery.
  • Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus.

Team & Location

Recare is remote-first with an office in Berlin Mitte. This role is offered as hybrid (remote-first) and involves regular collaboration with distributed teams and external partners.
