• You support the sales team with your technical expertise in sales strategies, tenders, and proposals.
• You are the technical expert in our sales team, act as a link between sales and product teams, and provide all the technical information the sales team needs.
• You analyze technical requirements and business processes of our hospital customers and develop tailored solution concepts.
• You advise contacts on the customer side, e.g., in the IT department, on technical aspects such as the feasibility of our solutions, and accompany them throughout the entire sales process.
• You adapt technical content of our presentations and demos to the individual needs and challenges of customers.
• You provide feedback to the product team and actively collect customer feedback for continuous product improvement.
• You participate in events such as trade fairs and conferences.

Requirements

• You bring deep knowledge in computer science, medical informatics, engineering, or a comparable field. Ideally, you have professional experience or additional certifications in healthcare. Knowledge of hospital information systems (KIS) is a great advantage.
• You have several years of professional experience in technical presales or a comparable position.
• You have sound knowledge in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and cloud technologies.
• You have excellent communication and presentation skills.
• You work customer-oriented and can explain complex technical contexts in an understandable way.
• You are a team player and ready to contribute in a dynamic, changing environment.
• You master the German language at a native speaker level, both orally and in writing, and have at least good English skills.
