• Support the sales team with your technical expertise in sales strategies, tenders, and offers.
• Act as the technical expert and liaison between sales and product teams, providing all necessary technical information to the sales team.
• Analyze technical requirements and business processes of hospital clients to develop tailored solution concepts.
• Advise customer contacts, e.g., IT departments, on technical aspects like feasibility of solutions, guiding them through the sales process.
• Adapt technical content of presentations and demos to the individual needs and challenges of customers.
• Provide feedback to the product team and actively collect customer feedback for continuous product improvement.
• Participate in events such as trade fairs and conferences.

Requirements

• You have in-depth knowledge in computer science, medical informatics, engineering sciences, or a comparable field. Ideally, you have professional experience or certifications in healthcare. Knowledge of Hospital Information Systems (KIS) is a great advantage.
• Several years of professional experience in technical presales or a comparable position.
• Solid knowledge in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and cloud technologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Customer-oriented and able to communicate complex technical relationships understandably.
• Team player ready to contribute in a dynamic, changing environment.
• Fluent German at a native speaker level, both spoken and written, with at least good English skills.
