Job description

Recare. Series B. Now scaling. We have raised 37 million. More than 1,000 hospitals and over 26,000 other providers use our platform. We are building the leading B2B infrastructure in healthcare — AI-based.
We are entering the phase where structures decide. Excellence must become the standard. For this we are looking for a person who takes Talent Acquisition at Recare to the next level. Not operational. Structural. You will report to our Head of People & Culture and take responsibility for the entire recruiting and talent acquisition area.
Your mission is clear: Build and embody a recruiting organization that does not lag behind our growth but enables it. You will be a business driver in our business.

Responsibilities

  • Build a system: develop a scalable recruiting architecture for the next company phase, define and own clear, reliable processes, roles, and responsibilities, and establish disciplined workforce planning (internal and external).
  • Define quality standards: translate what an A-player means at Recare (function-specific), create interview structures, train hiring managers and talent acquisition team members, and ensure hiring decisions are ambitious and aligned with shared success.
  • Build pipelines before demand appears: proactive sourcing, market understanding, motivating compensation models, and clear employer positioning in a competitive tech environment.
  • Lead your team with high standards: set clear goals, expectations and responsibilities; avoid micromanagement and laissez-faire approaches.

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of experience building or scaling recruiting structures in high-growth tech companies.
  • Proven accountability for hiring volume and quality.
  • Confidence in interacting with senior leadership.
  • A clear understanding of data-driven recruiting.
  • The ability to challenge and develop hiring managers.
You should be present, bring structure, and expect excellence as the standard. We are not looking for someone who merely manages processes or philosophizes about systems. We need someone who, from day one, gives us the confidence that recruiting excellence is solved.
