About the Role
As Team Lead Customer Success (Cross-/Upselling) (m/f/d), you take full responsibility for a regional team that delights our customers, supports them in a partnership manner, and actively exploits sales potentials. You combine excellent account management with a clear growth mindset and create structures that make customer success measurable and scalable.

Your responsibilities as our Team Lead Customer Success (Cross-/Upselling) (m/f/d):
- You lead a regional Customer Success team (6–10 colleagues) disciplinarily, professionally, and motivationally.
- You ensure excellent account management: making sure your team actively maintains customer relationships, identifies needs, and develops tailored solutions.
- You combine customer satisfaction and platform usage with clear account development – strategically expanding up- and cross-selling potentials.
- You establish a data-driven approach: Your team works with KPIs, reports, and analyses on customer usage, churn risks, leads, and sales potentials – making decisions based on hard data.
- You develop scalable processes, playbooks, and CRM standards that closely link account management, success, and lead generation.
- You continuously coach your team so they act confidently in escalations, customer meetings, and contract negotiations and are perceived as strategic partners.
- You work closely with Sales, SDR/BDR, Product, and Growth teams – with the clear goal of establishing Customer Success as a sustainable growth driver in the company.
Requirements
We envision you as our Team Lead Customer Success (Cross-/Upselling) (m/f/d):
- You bring at least 4 years of experience in account management, customer success, or growth – ideally in a SaaS or platform environment.
- You have leadership experience in customer-oriented teams (disciplinary or professional) and know how to motivate and empower people.
- You have a pronounced analytical mindset, manage account management and success with clear KPIs, and derive measures accordingly.
- You are hands-on, think entrepreneurially, and proactively drive processes.
- You have experience dealing with complex customer structures – ideally in regulated industries such as healthcare.
- You speak German fluently and can also communicate confidently in English.
