Responsibilities
- Responsible for the entire recruiting process for tech and non-tech positions – from coordination with departments to channel selection and successful placement.
- Collaborate closely with team leads, hiring managers, and leadership team (including CEO) and provide strategic advice on talent acquisition.
- Conduct interviews in German and English and design a transparent, appreciative candidate journey with departments.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience from first contact to contract offer.
- Perform active sourcing independently on LinkedIn and other relevant platforms; develop creative direct approach methods.
- Regularly analyze recruiting KPIs, prioritize topics based on data, and continuously improve processes.
- Manage cooperation with external partners like recruiting agencies efficiently and goal-oriented.
Requirements
- Degree in business administration, communication sciences, psychology, human resources management, or a similar field.
- At least 5 years of recruiting experience, ideally in fast-paced environments such as startups or scale-ups.
- Knowledge of tech and non-tech roles; ability to target both groups effectively.
- Experience with modern recruiting tools (e.g., Greenhouse, Recruitee, Personio) and active sourcing.
- Clear, empathetic, and professional communication in German and English.
- Self-organized, solution-oriented, and able to handle multiple vacancies without losing overview.
- Enjoy structuring, process improvement, and team growth.
