About the Position:

You will be part of our New Business team and drive the development and expansion of strategic partnerships in healthcare. Together with external partners, you will develop new business potentials, ensuring that the collaborations create real value for our customers. Growth Opportunities in This Role:

  • Market Understanding: You monitor market and technology trends in the Health Tech sector and derive new partnership and growth opportunities.
  • Partnership Strategy: You identify, prioritize, and continuously develop strategic partnerships with players in healthcare.
  • Business Development: You identify growth opportunities, design cooperation models, and build reliable partner networks.
  • Negotiation & Closing: You support discussions at decision-maker level, negotiate terms, and close sustainable partnerships.
  • Implementation & Success Measurement: You accompany the operational implementation of partnerships, define KPIs, and ensure measurable success.
  • Cross-Collaboration: You work closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to successfully integrate partner solutions into products.
  • Partner Management: You are the main contact internally and externally for partnerships and manage them long-term.

Requirements

Our Ideal Candidate as Strategic Partnerships Manager (m/w/d):
  • 4–6 years of experience in Partnerships, Business Development, or Key Account Management, ideally in a Scale-Up/Start-Up with healthcare relevance.
  • Proven successes in building, managing, and scaling partnerships or strategic key accounts.
  • Enjoy developing complex partnership models and can empathize with partner needs.
  • Combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution and strong project management skills.
  • Confident communication at decision-maker level and ability to build long-term, trustworthy relationships.
  • Native-level German and fluent English.
