About the position:
You will be part of our New Business team and drive the development and advancement of strategic partnerships in healthcare. Together with external partners, you will develop new business potentials and ensure that the cooperations create real added value for our customers. These tasks will help you grow as a Strategic Partnerships Manager (m/f/d):
  • Market understanding: You observe market and technology trends in the Health Tech field and derive new partnership and growth opportunities.
  • Partnership strategy: You identify, prioritize, and continuously develop strategic partnerships with players in healthcare.
  • Business Development: You recognize joint growth opportunities, design cooperation models, and build robust partner networks.
  • Negotiation & closing: You support decision-maker-level discussions, negotiate terms, and close partnerships that last long-term.
  • Implementation & success measurement: You accompany the operational implementation of the partnerships, define KPIs, and ensure that the cooperations show measurable success.
  • Cross-Collaboration: You work closely with product, sales, marketing, and customer success to successfully integrate partner solutions into our products.
  • Partner Management: You serve as the main internal and external contact for our partnerships and accompany them long-term.

Requirements

What we expect from you as a Strategic Partnerships Manager (m/f/d):
  • You have 4 – 6 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or key account management, ideally in a scale-up/start-up related to healthcare.
  • You have proven successes in building, managing, and scaling partnerships or strategic key accounts.
  • You enjoy developing complex partnership models and can empathize with the needs of our partners due to your empathy.
  • You combine strategic thinking with hands-on implementation – you not only develop ideas but bring them to life with strong project management skills.
  • You communicate confidently at the decision-maker level and build long-term, trusting relationships.
  • You speak German at a native level and fluent English.
