Your role with us

As our new Senior Sales Manager – Healthcare, you do more than just generate revenue; you actively shape the future of the hospital sector. You are the strategic partner for decision-makers in German hospitals who understand complex challenges and deliver solutions on point. With your experience and market knowledge, you position our end-to-end platform Recare Solutions as an indispensable part of modern hospital processes. You speak the language of executives and departments equally—and use technology not as an end but to create real, measurable added value.

Tasks and growth opportunities as our Senior Sales Manager with focus on Cross- and Upselling:

  • Strategic New Customer Acquisition:
    • Identify and independently acquire key customers in the hospital environment with a targeted top-down approach.
    • Your contacts are C-level executives such as commercial management, nursing management, department heads, and IT management.
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop cross-market strategies.
  • Complex Solution Sales:
    • Manage the entire sales cycle—from initial contact to needs analysis, solution presentation, to contract conclusion.
    • Use proven sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, SPIN) to qualify and accelerate processes.
  • Deal Management & Maximization:
    • Influence timelines, proactively remove obstacles, and ensure deal closure.
    • Identify cross- and up-selling potentials and maximize the value of each deal.
  • Market Expertise:
    • Leverage your profound practical experience in healthcare to operate on equal footing with decision-makers.
    • Terms like Hospital Future Act (KHZG), telematics infrastructure (TI), and digital health applications (DiGA) are lived realities for you, not just buzzwords.
  • Sales Excellence & Reporting:
    • Document your activities precisely in our CRM system (Salesforce).
    • Contribute actively to the development of our sales strategy with data-supported forecasts and analyses.
  • Team Player & Mentor:
    • Proactively share your knowledge with the team, act as a role model, and significantly contribute to a culture of sales excellence.

Requirements

We imagine you as our Senior Sales Manager with focus on Cross- and Upselling as follows:
  • Proven Success: Several years of outstanding experience in selling complex SaaS solutions. Above-average success with consistently exceeded quotas.
  • Industry Expertise: Successful sales experience in the German healthcare sector, ideally directly with hospitals. Knowledge of decision-making processes, challenges, and technical language of the industry.
  • C-level Communication: Confident presence at board level and experience with complex negotiations at management level.
  • Methodical Strength: Mastery of modern sales methodologies (MEDDIC/SPIN advantageous) and strategic use of Salesforce.
  • Startup Mentality: Proactive, solution-oriented, resilient, and independent in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent Skills: Outstanding communication and presentation skills in German (negotiation secure) as well as good English skills.
