About the position
We continuously expand the functionality of our platform and are seeking a Sales Manager (m/f/d) who will be responsible for sales of our extensive product portfolio for the recipient side of our marketplace and lead it to success. You will be in contact with both large care chains and smaller provider networks and convince them of the added value of our product. Your business partners are usually the management of the facilities as well as purchasing managers and controllers. We also value close collaboration between our sales, product development, and marketplace operations teams to maintain the best internal interfaces and keep customer satisfaction at the center of our work.

These tasks will help you grow as our (Senior) Sales Manager (m/f/d):
  • You proactively contact decision-makers in follow-up care chains, who are usually our existing customers, and enthuse them about the introduction of our product extensions.

  • You conduct convincing product presentations and demonstrations by phone and digitally to highlight the added value of our products.

  • You build and maintain long-term customer relationships through regular calls and follow-ups to strengthen the trust of decision-makers.

  • You negotiate contracts and conditions, reflect with management on pricing strategies, and maintain and report on a transparent sales pipeline.

  • You work closely with our launch and customer success managers to ensure customers are optimally supported throughout the introduction and usage process.

  • You record and document all sales activities and results in Salesforce, our CRM system.


Requirements

We envision you as our (Senior) Sales Manager (m/f/d):
  • You bring extensive and several years of professional experience in the healthcare industry and understand its specific challenges and needs.

  • You understand the needs of decision-makers in care home chains and can empathize with their perspectives and concerns. You have gained special knowledge about the commercial challenges of care services and nursing homes, know the relevant KPIs, and understand the value of data-driven analyses in this area.

  • You have successfully sold complex IT solutions in the healthcare industry and understand the specifics of this market.

  • You work independently, performance-oriented, and strive for ambitious goals.

  • You speak German at the level of a native speaker and have confident English skills.
