Job Description

We continuously expand our platform's functionality and seek a Sales Manager responsible for our extensive product portfolio sales on the recipient side of our marketplace. You will engage with large care chains and smaller provider networks, convincing them of our product benefits. Your business partners typically include facility management, purchasing managers, and controllers. Deep collaboration between sales, product development, and marketplace operations is essential to maintain excellent internal interfaces and focus on customer satisfaction.

Your tasks and growth opportunities as Senior Sales Manager:
  • Proactively contact decision-makers in post-acute care chains, usually our existing customers, and excite them about our product extensions.
  • Conduct convincing product presentations and demonstrations by phone and digitally to demonstrate product value.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through regular calls and follow-ups to strengthen decision-maker trust.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms, reflect with management on pricing strategies, and maintain a transparent sales pipeline.
  • Work closely with launch and customer success managers to ensure customers are optimally supported through the onboarding and usage process.
  • Record and document all sales activities and results in Salesforce, our CRM system.

Requirements

We envision you as our Sales Manager with extensive experience in the healthcare industry who understands the sector's specific challenges and needs. You should be able to empathize with decision-makers in nursing home chains, comprehend their perspectives and concerns, and have special knowledge of the commercial challenges of care services and nursing homes, relevant KPIs, and appreciate the value of data-driven analysis in this area. You have successfully sold complex IT solutions in healthcare and know the particularities of this market. You work independently, performance-oriented, and pursue ambitious goals. You are a native-level German speaker with confident English skills.
