Your role with us
As our new (Senior) Sales Manager – Healthcare (m/f/d), you do not just drive sales; you actively shape the future of the hospital sector. You are the strategic partner for decision-makers in German hospitals, understanding complex challenges and delivering precise solutions. With your experience and market knowledge, you position our end-to-end platform, Recare Solutions, as an indispensable part of modern hospital processes. You speak the language of management and departments alike – using technology not as an end in itself but to create real, measurable added value.

Tasks to grow as our (Senior) Sales Manager (m/f/d):
- Strategic new customer acquisition
- You independently identify and acquire key customers in the hospital environment with a targeted top-down approach.
- Your contacts are C-level executives such as commercial management, nursing directors, department heads, and IT management.
- You work closely with cross-functional teams to develop cross-market strategies.
- Complex solution sales
- You manage the entire sales cycle – from first contact through needs analysis, solution presentation to contract conclusion.
- You use proven sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, SPIN) to qualify and accelerate processes.
- Deal management & maximization
- You influence timelines, proactively remove obstacles, and bring deals safely to closure.
- You identify cross- and up-selling potential and maximize the value of each deal.
- Market expertise contribution
- You use your profound practical experience in healthcare to act on equal footing with decision-makers.
- Terms like Hospital Future Act (KHZG), telematics infrastructure (TI), and digital health applications (DiGA) are lived realities for you, not just buzzwords.
- Sales excellence & reporting
- You document your activities precisely in our CRM system (Salesforce).
- You actively contribute to the development of our sales strategy with data-driven forecasts and analyses.
- Team player & mentor
- You proactively share your knowledge with the team, act as a role model, and significantly contribute to a culture of sales excellence.
Requirements
As we envision you as our (Senior) Sales Manager (m/f/d):
- Proven success: Several years of outstanding experience in sales of complex SaaS solutions. Consistently exceeded quotas.
- Industry competence: Successful sales experience in the German healthcare sector, ideally directly with hospitals. Knowledge of decision-making paths, challenges, and jargon of the industry.
- C-level communication: Confident presence at board level and experience with complex negotiations at executive level.
- Methodical strength: Mastery of modern sales methodologies (MEDDIC/SPIN advantageous) and strategic use of Salesforce.
- Startup mentality: Proactive, solution-oriented, resilient, and independent in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent skills: Outstanding communication and presentation skills in German (business fluent) and good English skills.
