Your role as (Senior) Revenue Operations Manager — Pre-Sales Excellence:
As part of our Revenue & Growth area you will ensure operational and analytical excellence in our sales organization. You understand marketing, SDR and sales processes as a continuous funnel and make sure that data, processes and tools mesh perfectly to measurably increase pipeline quality, conversion and speed.
  • You continuously design and improve qualification criteria as well as demo and discovery standards to ensure reliable forecasts.
  • You build and operate a reporting stack, including pipeline, conversion, velocity, win rates, deal hygiene and forecast accuracy (including weekly R&G cadence).
  • You define and enforce data-hygiene standards (e.g. mandatory fields, validations, automations via Flow) and train and enable the go-to-market teams.
  • You work closely with Marketing and SDRs to scale PLG approaches, use market signals, manage inbound/outbound routing and prepare international expansion (localization, segment and territory logic).
  • You introduce and maintain playbooks for sales processes, proposal creation and post-sales handovers to Customer Success and Onboarding.
  • You ensure compliance- and data-protection-compliant process design (GDPR, hospital specifics, clinical stakeholders) and document it in the knowledge system.
  • You work closely with Sales leadership and teams, Marketing and RevOps colleagues, actively participate in the R&G rhythm, ensure clear responsibilities and documented decisions.
